Below is a link to a video recommended to me. "I Lived" by One Republic. It has a powerful message, presented by a young man who lives in Colorado who lives with Cystic Fibrosis. I like the message, so I am sharing it here with my friends with some added thoughts on the subject of I LIVED.

I lived today for all the people who have died and can't live today. Like my dad, mom, grandparents, Theo, Hopey, Ilya, The Dawg, and all the others.

My buddy Teagan

I lived today for those who can't quite live the life they may want to. Like my friend Teagan. Yes, he lived today, but with oxygen and a lack of energy he doesn't want to have.  So I did my best to hike and do the things I love and think of him and all the others with poor health and limitations.

So, go out and live today. Live for others. Live for yourself. Whatever it may be, but just LIVE!
