What do you get when you cross Awesomeness with Optimism? You get a 9 year old who says he is
"Awesomenistic"!! That might be my new favorite word of all time. Better than Fantabulous even!
I have not met this 9 year old personally, but he has already impacted my life and attitude. Whether he knows it or not. He is a 9 year old who has had some horrific situations to overcome in such a short life!
How would you feel or be if you lost both parents and a sister in a car accident? On top of that you would have serious injuries that make it so you have to live in a group home. Not sure about you, but I am pretty sure I would be angry, depressed, anxious, and a few other adjectives!
But not this 9 year old apparently. Every time he meets someone who asks him how he is, he replies with an enthusiastic "I am Awesomenistic!!" Man, what fortitude, gratitude, attitude this young man must have. I sure hope I get to meet him someday! In the mean time I am going to live my life as Awesomenistic as I possibly can! Will you join me?!
